Medigovich, CMC Located in Phoenix, Arizona, the Institute of Mortgage and Real Estate Education was founded by Mitchel S. Medigovich, CMC. Mr. Medigovich, fueled by his passion for improved education and certification for all loan originators, has long been an active advocate of high professional standards in the industry. It is the goal of the Institute of Mortgage and Real Estate Education to make those standards of excellence a reality. Our Courses We offer Mortgage Broker Licensing courses, both for individuals seeking their initial license and for those in need of continuing education hours. For mortgage professionals whose goal is greater success in the industry, we offer Loan Officer Certification and Loan Processor Training courses. Our Instructors All of our instructors are seasoned mortgage professionals with years of experience in their field. Reap the benefits of their experience. Our Methods We keep our class sizes small, usually with fewer than twenty students per class. Students interact closely with the instructor and with each other, deepening their understanding of complex financial principals through hands on experience and forming a valuable professional network at the same time. Broker Licensing Requirements Minimum of 3 of the last 5 years experience, 24 hours of classroom instruction and a passing score on an examination. Furthermore, the responsible individual must meet residential requirements of a minimum of ninety (90) days in residency.
