We offer Mortgage Broker Licensing courses, both for individuals seeking their initial license and for those in need of continuing education hours.

For mortgage professionals whose goal is greater success in the industry, we offer Loan Officer Certification and Loan Processor Training courses.

We keep our class sizes small, usually with fewer than twenty students per class. Arizona Broker Licensing Requirements


The State of Arizona requires all Mortgage Brokers to be licensed by state agencies. License requirements are as follows:

Mortgage Brokers:

Minimum of 3 of the last 5 years experience, 24 hours of classroom instruction and a passing score on an examination. Furthermore, the responsible individual must meet residential requirements of a minimum of ninety (90) days in residency.
