Incorporated in 1991, Cattlemen's Mortgage and Investment Corporation, a family owned Arizona business, is managed by Mitchel S. Medigovich, Sr., and Gay Vandas. Cattlemen's specializes in private money loans for first and second mortgages. With offices in Phoenix and Prescott, Cattlemen's services Maricopa, Yavapai, Pinal and Coconino counties of Arizona.
